By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fee indicated for the service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for a subscription and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated.### Renewal and CancellationYour subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle.## Intellectual PropertyAll content included on Compliment Plus, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the app, is the property of Compliment Plus or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends, or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.## Use LicenseSubject to your compliance with these Terms, Compliment Plus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the application for your personal, non-commercial purposes.## Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of LiabilityCompliment Plus is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
